Marie OsmondOlive Marie Osmond was born on October 13, 1959 in Ogden, Utah. At just 13 years of age, Osmond’s song “Paper Roses” hit the top spot on country music charts, making her the youngest female artist in history to accomplish that feat. She reached the music charts again in various duets, including two songs with her brother, Donny. Osmond has also starred in various television series and made-for-TV movies. She has experienced one divorce, and currently has eight children, five of which are adopted. In 1999, Osmond admitted that she suffered with postpartum depression, and in August 2006 reports surfaced that she was hospitalized for a bad reaction to medication she was taking, though many saw this as an attempted suicide gone wrong. She was one of the three judges on the FOX television show “Celebrity Duets.” Add to: Forums: Marie Osmond Tags Related to Marie Osmond |
