Julia Santos Keefer is the fictional resident of Pine Valley in the American television soap opera, 'All My Children', which currently airs on the ABC Network. Julia is played by American television and film actress, Sydney Penny. She is the daughter to 'Isabella Santos & Hector Santos'. Julia was in an extra marital affair with a married man in Texas. After the affair was discovered by her parents, they moved her to Pine Valley. She tried to seduce Charlie Brent but it did not work. She then dated Terrence Frye, a short lived affair. She later discovered her interest in Anton Lang. Her face was left totally scarred due to an accident. Depressed Julia ran away from hospital and started staying at Front Street, where she met caring Noah Keefer. She was also raped by a drug dealer named Louie Greco and as a result she became pregnant. After a while she got married to Noah. When Noah was killed by Dragon, Julia planned for revenge.
