DALLAS, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki had 20 points, nine rebounds and six assists Saturday night in a 111-96 Dallas Mavericks win over Seattle.

Josh Howard and Devin Harris had 17 points apiece and Jason Terry scored 15 for the Mavericks, who won for the eighth time in their last nine games -- and handed the SuperSonics their 10th straight loss.

Jerry Stackhouse scored 10 points and DeSagana Diop finished with eight points and eight rebounds for Dallas.

Wally Szczerbiak scored 26, and Nick Collison had 16 points and 12 rebounds for Seattle.

Dallas took a 15-5 lead to start the game and then out-scored Seattle 33-20 in the second quarter to take a 66-44 lead into halftime.
