Copyright 2007 by United Press International (via ClariNet) RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Federal prosecutors filed a motion in Virginia Tuesday seeking nearly $1 million from football star Michael Vick for the care and feeding of his pit bulls. The Virginian-Pilot said the $928,000 in restitution would pay back the government's expenses for the care of the dogs that were used in a dog-fighting operation that took place on Vick's Virginia property. Vick will be formally sentenced Dec. 10 and Monday turned himself in to get a head start on his sentence. The Atlanta Falcons earlier this year suspended Vick indefinitely without pay.
