Diamond Dallas Page

Page Joseph Falkinburg, better known as Dallas Page, was born on April 5, 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. His career as a wrestler started in Canada in 1979 as Handsome Dallas Page. Ten years later he was working as a manager at the American Wrestling Association. In 1991 he teamed Diamond Studd and won the World Championship Wrestling. Later formed the tag team "Vegas Connection" along with Vinnie Vegas. In 1996 Page won the Lord of the Ring Tournament (Battle Bowl) at Slamboree by defeating the Barbarian. In 1997 Page feuded and defeated "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Later the latter defeated Page. And in revenge at Las Vegas Sudden Death Match, Hulk Hogan intervened to hit Page in his already injured mid-section, making Savage win the match. In other occasion, Page feuded Hogan but was defeated by his team nWo. Anyway, Page earned his WCW US Heavyweight Championship by winning Curt Henning, and was voted the WCW Magazine's "Wrestler of the Year". The year after, 1998, Page feuded Chris Benoit, Raven, The Rock, Karl Malone, Hulk Hogan, Dennis, Eric Bischoff and Goldberg (at Halloween Havoc). In 1999 he finally earned his World Championship by defeating Sting, Hogan and Ric Flair. He lost his title to Sting but won it back. He teamed Chris Kanyon and Bam Bam Bigelow to form the Jersey Triad (since the three of them were from New Jersey) with whom he won his second World Championship. In 2001 Page joined the World Wrestling Federation, but he ended being a bad storyline, even voted WWF Magazine's "Most Misused Talent", and after being defeated many times by the Undertaker, Page became a pseudo- motivational speaker. He adopted the "Positively Page" character. Nevertheless in 2002 by defeating Christian at WrestleMania X8, Page became the oldest European Champion in WWE history and in 2005 got his NWA World Heavyweight Championship. In addition to wrestling Dallas Page is also and occasional actor.
