COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- 12th-ranked Texas A&M shot 54 percent from the field Saturday night and beat Louisiana Tech, 75-59, in the second round of the Shelby Metcalf Classic.

Acie Law IV had 21 points, three rebounds, and two assists; Joseph Jones had 19 points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots; and Josh Carter had 12 points, five rebounds, and six assists for the Aggies (3-0), who have won 25 straight non-Big 12 contests.

They will face Saint Louis in the tournament final on Sunday afternoon.

Marcus Elliot scored 17 points; Chad McKenzie had 12 points, four rebounds, and three assists; and Drew Washington had 10 points, six rebounds, and three assists for the Bulldogs (0-2), who suffered an 87-65 first round loss to the Billikens.

A&M won the battle of the boards, 30-26, but committed 15 turnovers to 14 for the Bulldogs.

The Aggies held a 36-28 halftime lead.
