Danish Prince taken ill(BANG) - Denmark's Prince Henri has been forced to leave a tour of South Korea after being taken ill. The 73-year-old prince, husband of Queen Margrethe, left the royal couple's tour of the East Asian country today (10.10.07), two days ahead of schedule, after a brief stay in hospital with bronchitis. Margrethe will return to Denmark tomorrow (11.10.07), just one day earlier than planned. She said: "I am very sad that Henrik had to return home. He is not seriously ill but he feels really bad. One can feel really bad without being seriously ill." Henrik was discharged from a Seoul hospital following treatment yesterday (09.10.07), and a spokesman for the Danish Embassy said he is "recovering well". The 67- year-old queen and her husband arrived for the official tour on Saturday (06.10.07) with the aim of strengthening social, diplomatic and business ties between Denmark and the South Korea. After the today's announcement Margrethe flew to Ulsan, an industrial and port city, to tour Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. shipyards During her stay Margrethe has visited a war museum, opened three Danish exhibitions in Seoul, toured a traditional ceramics village and had a meeting with South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun.
