Snoop Dogg

The famous rapper and actor Snoop Dogg was born on October 20 1971, in Long Beach California. He got his name from his mother who used to call him Snoopy but when he began recording he changed his name and kept Snoop Doggy Dogg. When he left the record label Death Row Records in 1996 and signed with No Limit Record, he shortened his name as Snoop Dogg. Snoop Dogg is a cousin of RBX, Nate Dogg, and Daz Dillinger. Snoop Dogg quickly became the famous especially after he got arrested on the charges of murder case. The arrest certainly strengthened his myth, and it helped his debut album, 1993's Doggy style, which became the first debut album to enter the charts at number one, but in the long run, the allegation of murder hurt his career and later he found not guilty.
