Mario Winans

Mario Winans is a well known R&B singer, songwriter and music producer. He was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, U.S.A. However he spent his most of his childhood in Detroit. Mario is the son to famous Marvin Winans and Vicki Winans, who are also musicians. He started learning music and piano at a very early stage. He practiced to play almost all music equipments available to him. After high school, he continued to practice music in brief. In 1990 he signed a music contract with Dallas Austin's Rowdy Records. His first hit was in 1995 with song, 'I Can't Sleep Baby and You Remind Me of Something'. In 1997 he released his debut album 'Story of my Heart'. Mario gave his major hits in 2004 with top 5 albums, which was released in the UK and the U.S. He had also performed with well known singers including, 'P. Diddy, Bad Boy, Mary J. Blige, Whitney Houston, Ice Cube, Jennifer Lopez and Brian McKnight'.
