Corey Clark

Corey Clark - He was one of the finalists for the second season of American Idol in 2003. 24 year old Clark is from Nashville, TN. Before being auditioned for American Idol he started singing at the age of 11 and had performed in school functions and various concerts. Other than singing he also writes songs and without any formal training in singing he made it to the top 32 finalists from American Idol. However in the middle of his competition it was revealed that in 2001, Clark had been arrested for beating his teenage sister. Though the mistake he made was a year later he was suspended from the contest of "American Idol" for not providing this information to its producers. It was announced that he was disqualified from further competition. After his quitting the show "Clark" claimed he had a secret affair with one of its judges, Paula Abdul. He also claimed he had sex with Abdul in the guest room of her house and she paid some of his expenses and promised to fund his career to the tune of $2 million. After all his issues got got sorted out, he later fixed up a deal with "Bungalo Universal Music Group" and announced the release of his first album in April 2005.
