Multiple home versions of 'Deal, No Deal'

NEW YORK, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- There are enough home versions of NBC's "Deal or No Deal" to rate a special boutique at the Toys "R" Us store in New York.

Host Howie Mandel was on hand last week for the opening of the section of the Times Square store devoted to the board game, plus the electronic game, the card game and the DVD interactive game.

He told TV Guide that viewer demand for the game has been strong even with the show on multiple nights.

Toys "R" Us is distributing game pieces to customers, who can redeem them for a "deal," coupon worth 10 percent off on a purchase -- or "no deal," which enters the holder in a drawing for a prize.
