Palestinian are the people staying in Palestine. They normally speak Arabic. Palestinian people include mix of population, which belongs to the religion of Muslim, Christian, Druze, Jewish etc. Anyone who s the native of Palestine can be referred to as Palestinian. However, Jews living in Palestine usually describe themselves as Israelis. All the Palestinian can be easily identified by their dialect, which is very unusual. These Arabic speakers, for example pronounce the letter q as k.
