Kid Rock has stopped a sex video

Kid Rock has stopped a sex video featuring him, former Creed singer Scott Stapp and four women hitting the internet - until Friday (23.02.06). The company who wanted to screen the clips - World Wide Red Light District - hit the headlines in 2004 for distributing the now infamous Paris Hilton sex tape. Kid Rock's lawyer, William Horton, said: "We don't deny the authenticity of the tape. "But they're using this without his permission to drive the sales of their other products." Co-counsel Michael Novak added: "Even rock stars are entitled to privacy." In legal papers, Kid Rock - whose real name is Robert Ritchie - said the video was shot in 1999 near Miami when Stapp was the lead singer of US Christian rock band, Creed. Rock also said in the lawsuit that it was understood the video would remain Stapp's private property and would not be displayed publicly.
