Hip Hop star Kanye West has filed a lawsuit against a Chicago DJ Miller for possessing 10 unreleased songs which was produced by West when he was 18 years old. According to Kanye west Miler has tried to distribute his master recordings improperly. Miler who owns Focus Music group said that he was having a contract to distribute the music. But Kanye West attorneys claim that Miller has used fake signature of West and fake contract of distributing those songs. In the lawsuit Kanye West seeks payment not less than $1.3 million as West attorneys said that distributing of master recording is damaging as the singer has recently released his latest album "Late Registration".
