Is Jared Leto joining the cast of Desperate Housewives?

Jared Leto is rumoured to be joining the cast of 'Desperate Housewives'. The Hollywood heartthrob is reportedly being lined up to play Gabrielle Solis' new love interest in four episodes of the hit US drama. The 'Panic Room' star will play a shop worker who falls for the former model, who is played by brunette beauty Eva Longoria. Meanwhile, Leto is set to appear in new film 'Chapter 27', about John Lennon 's murder. The hunky 34-year-old will play Mark Chapman, who shot the Beatles legend outside his New York apartment in 1980. Teen star Lindsay Lohan - who has been romantically linked to Leto in real life - will play an obsessed fan who befriends the murderer.
