Elisabeth Shue has had a baby girl

Elisabeth Shue has had a baby girl. The Oscar nominated 'Leaving Las Vegas' actress gave birth to Agnes Charles Guggenheim on Sunday (18.06.06). Spokesman for the actress, Stephen Huvane, confirmed: "Mother and daughter are happy and healthy." Agnes is the third child for 42-year-old Shue and husband, Davis Guggenheim, who is also 42. The couple - who tied the knot in 1994 - already have an eight-year-old son, Miles William, and a daughter, Stella Street, five. Shue is best known for her turn as a prostitute who falls in love with a suicidal drunk, played by Nicolas Cage, in 1995 drama 'Leaving Las Vegas'. The actress shot to fame in the 80s in a host of future cult classics, including 'The Karate Kid', 'Cocktail' and 'Adventures In Babysitting'. Guggenheim is the producer of smash hit western drama 'Deadwood', which stars British actor Ian McShane.
