Donatella Versace has thanked Elton John

Donatella Versace has thanked Elton John for curing her cocaine habit.
The fashion boss says Elton was staying at her Milan home when she went into
her bathroom to snort a line of the drug and the singer blocked her path and
told her he had a plane waiting to fly her to rehab.
Donatella said she took his advice and jetted straight away to the famous
Meadows rehab clinic in Arizona for treatment.
She revealed: ""On June 30 [2004] Elton was in my house in Milan, along with
a few friends. I went to the bathroom to powder my nose and they blocked me.
They told me there was a plane about to depart for Arizona.
She added to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera: "I was shocked but I
understood the time had come. I slipped into a tracksuit and ... alone and
with no make up, caught the plane."
