Christina Aguilera's pregnant pleas

Pregnant Christina Aguilera's husband has begged her to slow down.

The Dirrty singer, who is believed to be around six months pregnant, has refused to reduce her hectic workload and husband Jordan Bratman fears she is pushing herself too hard.

A source said: "Jordan was hoping Christina would give herself time to just chill out, but her daily business appointments and meetings are endless. Christina doesn't plan on slowing down just because she is pregnant.

"Like any pregnant woman she does get tired, but she has told friends she intends to keep going right up until the birth."

Christina, who discovered she was expecting her first child during her world tour, was determined to continue performing to avoid disappointing her fans.

The source added: "Jordan was worried when Christina discovered she was pregnant on tour. He tried desperately to scale down her performances. She said she would feel like a failure if she let her fans down."
