Chris Penn had a cocktail of drugs in his system when he died, a report has revealed. Toxicologists investigating the death of the 'Reservoir Dogs' actor have said his body contained marijuana, morphine, Valium and codeine when he was found in his Santa Monica apartment last month. It has already been revealed the official cause of death was an enlarged heart. Earlier this month, coroner's spokesman Craig Harvey told the Los Angeles Times Penn - the brother of Oscar winner Sean Penn - died of "non specific cardiomyopathy", a usually fatal disease of the heart muscle. His said the star's heart was enlarged and weak and "could have given out at any time". Harvey added: "Primarily, he just had a bad heart." However, the coroner has said the 40-year-old's health problems were complicated by the "effects of multiple medication intake". Chris starred in over 50 movies during his career, including 'True Romance', 'Mulholland Falls' and 'Rush Hour'.
