$1 million grocery billA US man has been arrested after attempting to pay for his groceries using a fake $1 million note. The unnamed man flew into a rage when the cashier in Pennsylvania refused to take the money and reached for a scanner gun to show his anger. Police were immediately called and the man - who insisted he was due change from the note - was taken into custody. The $100 bill is the largest note in the US.
