A three-time Grammy Award-winning American R&B/Hip-Hop Soul singer, songwriter and producer, Mary J. Blige is thrilled to perform a duet with Irish rock band, U2 on the cover of the 1992 U2 hit, 'One' for the Hurricane Katrina benefit concert as singer insist it will always remind her of 9/11. Blige said, ‘It was around the time of 9/11 when the song touched me. I listened to it over and over again. It made me cry because we live in a world where we don't recognize that we live here together no matter what race or colour, and because of our separation we blame things on each other’.
