Kate Walsh

Kate Walsh is an American television and movie actress. She was born on 13 October 1967 in San Jose, California, U.S.A. The actress is currently appearing on ABC television medical drama, 'Grey's Anatomy' as Dr. Addison Shepherd. She studied from the University of Arizona, a place from where she developed the interest in regional theater. After finishing her high school, she moved to Chicago to work in theaters. She worked with the Piven Theatre Workshop and Chicago Shakespeare Repertory. Kate later moved to New York City to join the comedy troupe, 'Burn Manhattan'. She has appeared in number of television shows and movies such as, "Bewitched, Inside Out, Kicking & Screaming, Veritas Prince of Truth, After the Sunset, Joint Custody, The Men's Room, Under the Tuscan Sun, Anatomy of a Breakup, The Mind of the Married Man, The Family Man, The Fugitive, The Mike O'Malley Show, Turks, Heaven, Three Below Zero, Night of the Lawyers, Peppermills, Normal Life and Club Dead".
