Julian McMahon

Julian McMahon is an Australian actor who was born on July 27, 1968 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He is the son of Australian Prime Minister Sir William McMahon. Julian McMahon was the second of three children. He studied law from the University of Sydney but later he became bored with his classes and began his career in modeling. He is best known for playing the role of Asst. D.A. Cole Turner on the US television series, Charmed. His first major role in American television was on the soap opera ‘Another World’ as Ian Rain. In 2005 he was nominated for the Golden Globe award for "Best Actor in a Television Series - Drama for his role as Christian Troy in Nip/Tuck. His favorite song is "People are Strange" by The Doors.
