Carlos Bernard birth name Carlos Bernard Papierski is an American actor who was born on October 12, 1962 in Chicago. He is best known for playing the role as Tony Almeida on the hit US television show 24. He made his first appearance in "The Killing Jar" (1996). He attended American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and from there he received his Master of Fine Arts degree. In 2003 he was honored as one of most beautiful people by Peoples 50. He married to actress Sharisse Baker in 1999 and the pair has one daughter Natalie who born in August 2003. He has also appeared on daytime soap opera "The Young and the Restless" and has also appeared in the movies like, Vegas: C.O.D., The Killing Jar, and The Colonel's Last Flight.
